Participants will gain softer, more responsive hands, a true back-to-front connection, and a relaxed, effective position that allows the horse to move freely. The class focuses on rewiring movement patterns at the neurological level to create effortless, pain-free coordination and a deeper connection with the horse.

The Feldenkrais Method® is a neuroplasticity-based system that has been used by elite athletes in various sports to develop bio-mechanically correct movement.
