Grade 2-winning filly Non Compliant suffered a catastrophic breakdown during training at Los Alamitos Race Course. The filly, by Tiz the Law, had won both of her juvenile starts in 2024, including the Oak Leaf Stakes.

Non Compliant was owned by Georgia Antley Hunt, Jeff Giglio, and John Rogitz, and was training for her 3-year-old debut under trainer Bob Baffert. She was purchased for $150,000 at the 2024 Fasig-Tipton Midlantic 2-year-olds in training sale.

Bred in Kentucky, Non Compliant is out of the mare Sensitively and was reported to have suffered the fatality by the Paulick Report.
