Tragic Crash Claims Life of Talladega Woman and Injures Two Others in Coosa County

A tragic incident in Coosa County, Alabama resulted in the death of a Talladega woman, Janice W. Bullard, after the vehicle she was in struck a horse on U.S. 231 in Rockford.
