Team India emerged as the top-ranked team in Zone 9 (South-East Asia) in the prestigious dressage World Challenges 2024, with an impressive aggregate score of 228.319%. Led by 14-year-old Inaara Luthria, the team showcased exceptional skill and determination to surpass Singapore and Indonesia for the top spot. Inaara also achieved 6th place in the Individual Rankings for Under 16 in South-East Asia, solidifying her status as a rising star in equestrian sports.
Inaara’s success continued as she secured 1st position at the FEI dressage World dressage Challenge 2024 under 21 (South India) with a score of 79.530 riding Dasha Deluxe at the Selection Trial for Team India. Despite challenging cyclonic conditions during the event in Bangalore in October 2024, Inaara and her teammates persevered and delivered outstanding performances, making them the only Indian team to top the rankings in South-East Asia.
The dressage World Challenges 2024, conducted by the FEI in various countries throughout the year, provided a platform for equestrian athletes like Inaara to showcase their talent and dedication.
