Equestrians from the Peraldi Equestrian Centre and Riding School competed in the first of four qualifiers for the South African National Equestrian Schools Association (SANESA) championships. Shaylin Bekker, Mickah Grobler, Lienke Buccholz, Holden Venter, Brendan Venter, Leané Schwartz, Abby Vertue, Schuané van Tonder, Iva Smit, Josua Jansen, and Bismarck Jansen all achieved impressive results in various categories such as dressage, equitation, working riding, and show jumping.

In the core league in Badplaas, Shaylin Bekker and her pony Twinkle, Mickah Grobler and her horse Seghar, and Lienke Buccholz and horse Kiara all achieved first-place finishes in different categories. Holden Venter and his horse De La Rey, Brendan Venter and horse Satyn, Leané Schwartz and horse Faith, Abby Vertue and horse Alabama, and Schuané van Tonder and horse Fabio also achieved notable results in dressage, show jumping, and other categories.

In Kyalami, Iva Smit and horse Romeo achieved first-place wins in dressage and prix caprilli. In Sasolburg, Josua Jansen and horse Langa, as well as Bismarck Jansen and horse Caramelle, competed in Western Mounted Games. Bismarck and Josua both achieved impressive results in the SANESA and open categories in the third and fourth qualifiers.
