The Winter Spectacular Show Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala continued with the $62,500 1.50m Winning Round CSI5*-W on Friday, February 14, 2025. 25-year-old Nina Mallevaey and My Clementine won their second class of the week, showcasing their speed prowess. The $300,000 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Ocala is set for Saturday, February 15 at 7pm, with 31 horse-and-rider combinations competing in Friday’s class.
Mallevaey and My Clementine took their second victory of the week with a time of 36.16 seconds in the Winning Round format. Despite a less than ideal first round, Mallevaey was able to secure a spot in the top 10 for the second round. The jump-off saw Mallevaey and Clementine excel, with Mallevaey expressing her gratitude for having such a great horse.
Laura Kraut and Lady D took second place, while Tom Wachman and Obora’s Laura came in third. Eve Jobs and Canto Bruno were the only other clear round, finishing in fourth place. The competition at WEC – Ocala continues on Saturday with the $62,500 1.50m Speed CSI5*-W at 1pm, followed by the $300,000 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Ocala at 7pm.
