Even if Vekoma’s runners in the richest races don’t win, the volume of his potential starters could still help him catch up to McKinzie.
Tiz the Law, currently in third place, has three progeny entered in upcoming races with a narrow possibility of regaining the top spot on the sires list. If all three of Tiz the Law’s starters win, he could add a maximum of $160,700 to his earnings and potentially rise to the top of the standings if McKinzie and Vekoma’s starters do not collectively earn more than certain amounts by the end of the year.
