Mobile First Responders Save Horse Stuck in Mud of Dog River

Mobile first responders saved a horse named “Whiskey” stuck in the mud of Dog River late Saturday afternoon. Firefighters and police officers were called to the scene at about 4:30 PM and used their technical rescue skills to gently coax the horse from the mud and lead it to firmer ground. The whole process took about an hour, and the horse was able to walk back home to its yard.

A video shared by the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department on Facebook shows the rescue operation in action, with first responders working together to free the horse from the mud near the shoreline of the river. The team’s efforts were successful in helping Whiskey get out of the sticky situation and safely back on solid ground. The post highlights the teamwork and skills of the first responders involved in the rescue.
