The WNY Equifest event will take place on March 15 and 16 at the Hamburg Fairgrounds, offering a variety of activities for horse enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels. The event will feature world-renowned trainers and clinicians, nearly 100 vendors, a Roping Competition, Breed Presentations, and interactive activities for kids in the Family Fun Corral. New additions for 2025 include performances by the American Angels 4H Equestrian Drill Team, an Equine Vet Station, Sugar House Demonstrations, and expanded shopping and food offerings.
The schedule highlights of the event include a Welcoming Ceremony & Breed Presentation, clinics on cow working skills, preparing for hunter courses, MagnaWave therapy, harnessing draft horses vs. miniature horses, and classical dressage principles. Specialty clinics are available for registration with associated costs, such as the Ride With a Judge Clinic and the Learn the Ways of Judging session. The event is easily accessible from the New York State Thruway and admission and parking are free.
