Liberty Taylor-Hopkins, known as Libby, has made a name for herself in the showing circuit with her exceptional talent and showmanship. She started showing at the age of three and credits her pony Eskside Carnellian for putting her on the map. Despite being just 20 years old, she has successfully transitioned into horse classes and has won multiple titles at prestigious events.
In the 2024 season, Libby has had a successful run, winning major championships such as the RIHS and the BSHA championships. She has achieved significant wins with her grandmother’s home-bred gelding Dare To Dream, including the intermediate show riding type of the year at HOYS. Libby also won the amateur heavyweight cobs at the RIHS riding Indigo Marvel, showcasing her versatility and skill in different classes.
Looking ahead to 2025, Libby has new rides to debut and is focused on continuing to compete in horse classes and pushing herself to become a better rider.
