Law Professor Leads Competitive Field in $150,000 Queens County at Aqueduct

Law Professor, a graded stakes-winning millionaire trained by Rob Atras, will headline the Listed $150,000 Queens County race at Aqueduct Racetrack on December 29. The 6-year-old Constitution gelding has a strong record at the Big A and is coming off a victory in October. Law Professor will be ridden by Kendrick Carmouche and has shown improvement since returning to Atras’ barn in the summer.

Tabeguache, trained by Brad Cox, will provide stiff competition in the Queens County race. The 4-year-old son of Into Mischief recently won a one-mile optional claiming race and has consistently hit the board in his recent starts. Tabeguache will be ridden by Manny Franco and looks to secure his second career stakes victory.

Masmak, trained by Rick Dutrow, Jr., is also a contender in the Queens County race, aiming for his third consecutive win. The son of Vino Rosso has shown versatility in his running style and is coming off a strong allowance victory in November. Masmak will be ridden by Joel Rosario and is expected to perform well in the nine-furlong test for 3-year-olds and up.
