Jennifer Lopez has purchased a new $20 million mansion in the Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, complete with a barn, stables, and riding arena. While she previously considered buying a property near ex-husband Ben Affleck, she ultimately chose the San Fernando Valley location due to concerns over wildfire risk and air quality.
Despite their divorce, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still waiting for their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion to sell. The couple agreed to split the proceeds once the property is sold, but have had trouble finding a buyer. Lopez is reportedly frustrated with the situation, as she expected the mansion to sell quickly given the renovations and personal touches she added.
While Lopez seems to be making LA her permanent home, she also has ties to the North East, with a home in the Hamptons and previous properties in New York City. She has expressed interest in moving back to New York full-time, even before officially serving Affleck with divorce papers.
