Horse Rescued from Frozen Pond by Saratoga Springs Police Officers and Owner

A horse trapped in a frozen pond in Saratoga Springs was rescued by police officers and its owner after a 911 call reporting the incident. Officer Kyle Clinton arrived first and worked with the owner to pull the horse out of the icy water using a rope.
