Guyana Horse Racing Authority Bill 2024: Minister Ramson Introduces Regulatory Framework Amid Industry Disputes

Culture, Youth and Sport Minister, Charles Ramson, introduced the Guyana Horse Racing Authority Bill 2024 in the National Assembly to establish a regulatory framework for the industry.
