The Adequan Global dressage Festival in Wellington, Fla. concluded with the CDIU25 FEI Grand Prix Freestyle, featuring U.S. combinations Josh Albrecht and Goldenboy Vinckenburgh, Sophia Schults and Conocido HGF, and Ella Fruchterman and Hannah Montana W. Chef d’Equipe Christine Traurig, filling in for George Williams, praised the young athletes and looks forward to their growth in technical correctness and equitation. Fruchterman and Hannah Montana W impressed with their Latin pop freestyle music, earning a personal best score of 69.000% and claiming first place in the class.
Fruchterman expressed pride in Hannah’s performance and their new freestyle music, aiming to build confidence in the CDI ring and qualify for upcoming championships. Albrecht and Goldenboy Vinckenburgh showcased strong passage and collected work to pop music, earning a score of 68.720% and finishing second. Schults and Conocido HGF finished third with a score of 67.525%, demonstrating balance and collected work to a cinematic-inspired soundtrack.
