Delta Downs also canceled its Wednesday card due to a blizzard warning, and Fair Grounds moved its Thursday card to Monday because of extreme cold and winter storm warnings. The National Weather Service has issued warnings and advisories for many areas in the eastern U.S. due to the cold snap and winter weather conditions. The cancellations have affected multiple tracks, leading to rescheduled racing programs and adjustments to the racing schedule.
