In 2025, the Bathurst Agricultural Showgrounds will host three horse shows, including the Bathurst Agricultural Horse Show in April, the Bathurst Shamwari Show in May, and The Bathurst Extravaganza in November. Spectators are welcome to all of these events, even if they are not participating in the competitions. The Bathurst Riding Club, a small but vibrant horse-riding club, is dedicated to sharing the joy of horse riding and offers fun events throughout the year for its members.
The Bathurst Riding Club does not offer horse riding lessons or outrides to those who do not have their own horses, as they do not have the resources for that at the moment. The club encourages horse owners to join their community and participate in their events, which include horse shows, village walks on horseback, social gatherings, and community events. Spectators are also welcome to attend the club’s shows and events.
To stay updated on the Bathurst Riding Club’s shows and events, interested individuals can follow their Facebook page, Bathurst Riding Club, or contact them via email at [email protected]. The club aims to share their riding community with the rest of the Sunshine Coast community and provide a unique and enjoyable experience for horse enthusiasts.
