The Eventing Spring Carnival at Thoresby Park in Nottinghamshire will feature top equestrian stars like Zara Tindall, Tom McEwen, and Laura Collett from March 28-30. The event will include the Lycetts Grantham Cup, a CCI4* cross-country course, and the Hobby Horse Adventure’s International competition. The festival will also have a Vintage Tractor Show and activities for the whole family.
The event will showcase Olympic heroes like Tom McEwen, Laura Collett, and Ros Canter, as well as World Champion Yasmin Ingham and Badminton winner Caroline Powell. The Event Director, Stuart Buntine, is excited to have the top 7 ranked riders in the world competing at Thoresby Park. The event aims to bring equestrian fans closer to their Olympic heroes and promote the sport of eventing.
On Mother’s Day, March 30, the event will offer activities for the whole family, including The Great Thoresby Mother’s Day Treasure Hunt with a grand prize worth over £1,600. There will be gun dog displays, a fun dog show, fairground rides, face painting, and a chance to meet the Sherwood Outlaws. Advance tickets start at £10, with a Family Fun Bundle available for £35.
