Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI) has selected Justin’s Place, a therapeutic horse farm in Kentucky, as the Official Charity of the 2025 Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event. The event, known as “The Best Weekend All Year,” features one of only seven annual 5* three-day events in the world and attracts nearly 90,000 spectators. Justin’s Place aims to provide a nurturing space for children with disabilities and disorders to connect with horses and experience emotional and physical benefits.
Justin’s Place offers programs such as Barn Buddies, stable Moments, and the Vaulting Club, which provide therapeutic horseback riding, sensory interactions, and educational games for children. The farm also offers community programs such as field trips, special education experiences, and professional development workshops for educators. EEI has a history of supporting charities in the local community and the equestrian industry, and is proud to support Justin’s Place this year.
The Executive Director of EEI, Molly Day, expressed excitement about supporting Justin’s Place and their efforts to provide a safe environment for children in Central Kentucky to experience the joy of horses. Allie Barnett, Executive Director of Justin’s Place, is honored to be featured at the 2025 Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event and looks forward to sharing their mission of bringing joy to children in need through the power of horses.
