McIntyre has been trying to get back into the world championship picture, but was eliminated from both the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber matches by Priest. McIntyre took out his frustration on Priest on SmackDown, potentially starting a feud between the two leading to a possible WrestleMania match.
