The Danish equestrian federation (DRF) updated the dressage youth squads on April 22, 2025, based on results achieved at CDI’s during the first spring shows of the year. The squads are led by Kenneth Damgaard as the team trainer and Jeannett Andreasen as the team captain. The new squads include Pony Riders, Junior Riders, Young Riders, and Under 25 categories.
The Pony Riders squad includes riders such as Agnes Ørnskov Beier, Filippa Jæger Jensen, and Sofia Rosenkilde, among others. The Junior Riders squad features riders like Alberte Harsbo, Clara Cordes Arnkjær, and Laura Qvist. The Young Riders squad includes names like Anna Teibel Raben, Emilie Balling Nissen, and Theresa Rosenkilde. The Under 25 category comprises riders such as Alexander Helgstrand, Laura Rohmann, and Sophia Ludvigsen.
Notably, Denmark does not have a children category or program running at this time. The updated squads aim to represent Denmark in dressage competitions and showcase the talent and potential of young riders in the country. Jeannett Andreasen and Kenneth Damgaard play key roles in leading and training the youth teams to success in the sport.
