Callie Mueller, a native of Florence, South Dakota, was recently crowned as Miss rodeo America 2025 at the National Finals rodeo in Las Vegas. She has a deep love for the rodeo and agricultural communities, having been involved in agriculture and horses since childhood through 4-H and FFA. Mueller’s journey to the prestigious crown began in 2019 when she competed in the Jackrabbit Stampede Ambassador contest, starting a streak of rodeo queen titles.
Mueller’s competition for the title of Miss rodeo America was fierce, with 29 competitors vying for the crown. She took home the appearance category and describes the moment she was crowned as surreal. As Miss rodeo America, Mueller plans to use her platform for a cause close to her heart: “Faith Over Fear,” inspired by a friend who passed away from cancer. She aims to spread this message of faith over fear to inspire others across the country.
In addition to her duties as Miss rodeo America, Mueller is a published author with a book titled “Faith Over Fear” available on various platforms. She will be traveling the country representing the professional sport of rodeo and the agricultural and western industries, starting with a stop at the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado. Mueller is focused on inspiring others through her faith and experiences, representing her state and community of Florence with a servant’s heart.
