Ms Creasy worked to rescue her friend’s horses near the Palisades area, despite being denied access by officials. They found alternative routes and successfully got the horses out as smoke rose above a nearby hillside. The evacuation center in the Valley area did not have space for the horses.

While discussing where to go next, Ms Creasy received news of another fire, the Kenneth fire, affecting Calabasas. This fire was close to a street where she worked as a horse trainer with several clients. The situation became more urgent as multiple fires broke out in the area.

Ms Creasy’s quick thinking and determination allowed her to successfully rescue the horses and navigate through the dangerous situation caused by the fires. Despite facing obstacles and being mistaken for looters, she was able to ensure the safety of the animals and respond to the evolving emergency situation.
