Allegations of Horse Neglect Spark Outrage in Oro-Medonte: Owner Denies Wrongdoing

Local residents in Oro-Medonte are outraged over allegations of severe neglect involving several horses at a rural property, owned by Stephanie Redlick. Former manager of the Comfie Cat Shelter, Barb MacLeod, claims the horses are being left without food or water and are in poor condition. Concerned residents have observed the animals in this state for over a year.

Despite the allegations, Redlick denies any claims of neglect and insists that she has food and water for the horses. She says the accusations are bogus and that she has been rescuing animals for seven years, recently saving 15 horses from slaughter. Redlick also alleges that one of the people reporting her for neglect has trespassed on her property and harmed one of her horses.

While PAWS has visited the property, Redlick claims they found no reason to take action as there was food and water present. She refutes claims of being absent from the farm, stating she is there 24/7. Redlick insists that she has reliable suppliers and supporters in the horse industry and that her lawyers, investigators, and the police will handle the situation.
