Actor Randeep Hooda has made a triumphant return to horseback riding after a two-year recovery from a severe knee injury sustained while working on his directorial debut, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar. Despite multiple ligament tears and setbacks, Randeep refused to give up on the film, completing it using his own money and filming intense scenes with knee braces on.
After months of medical treatment and rehabilitation, Randeep has regained enough strength to return to one of his greatest passions—horse riding. A seasoned equestrian involved in polo and show jumping, there is anticipation that he may soon return to competitive riding. Randeep believes that there is no life without sports and no sport without competition.
